My sister actually came up with this character because she loves everything anime and manga, and she's watching RWBY. i just helped draw this OC for her, she's the master mind behind this creation.

This is Meiying Cài is one of the four members of  a Team "ICEM". she's a sword skill warrior, fearless in the battle field. she's from china, and grew up in a very traditional and strict family. folowing her family's long linage of warriors she is working in becoming a hutress one day
